Wall ball is designed to challenge leg endurance, shoulder stamina and aerobic capacity under fatigue. It’s a high-repetition medicine ball exercise where athletes perform “squat-to-throw” motions against a target. 這是一項專門針對腿部、肩膊耐力的有氧運動。參加者需要以「深蹲投擲」的動作並高次數將藥球擊中目標的挑戰。

Challenge Guideline: Make sure the ball hits the appropriate target height 兩個不同高度的目標 You have 30 secs to throw the 3kg medicine ball andhit the target as many times as you can 30秒內盡力多次將3kg藥球擊中目標
Challenge Standard: •Use a 3kg medicine ball to hit the designated target mark on the wall將3kg藥球擊中牆上的指定目標 •The medicine ball must always be in front of your body 每次必須將藥球放在身體前方開始 •Knees must be bent to perform a squat before throwing the ball每次必須彎曲膝蓋完成深蹲再推球 •Keep going even if you drop the ball, as long as you’re still within the allotted time只要還在規定時間內,即使藥球掉了仍可繼續進行挑戰
Four different groups: Male and Female 男性和女性 •Male / Female 40 years old or below 男性/女性 40歲以下 •Male / Female over 40 years old 男性/女性 40歲或以上
