Technical Services Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage a technical team ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all facilities mainly in clubhouse operations and serviced apartments
- Prepare and arrange budgets and control the expenses on E&M contracts
- Prepare tender documents, conduct tender analysis/interview and monitor contractor’s work performance
- Liaise and handle guest requests on technical related services
- Prepare technical reports/analysis for internal and external customers
- Oversee and monitor energy management of the properties and implement energy conservation initiatives to achieve Company’s sustainability directives
- Monitor the performance of sub-contractors and site staff
- Coordinate with related parties and establish strategies & plans and manage the associated works to meet the pre-defined objectives
- Support the implementation of new applications and tools, system improvements, user training and IT‑related projects.
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in hotel, clubhouse or property maintenance management
- REW Grade B
- Candidates with relevant professional membership is preferrable
- Honesty, high integrity and self-motivation are expected
- A good team player with excellent communication skills and well prepared to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Assistant Technical Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage the technical teams in the residential, carpark properties to ensure efficient, reliable and cost-effective maintenance, repair and operating of building systems and facilities
- Closely monitor the operation of E&M facilities and liaise with contractors for the Chiller Plant work
- Assist Technical Manager to handle fire safety work
- Prepare technical reports/analysis for internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with end users, manage contractors and supervise in-house technical staff and technicians to ensure repair and maintenance work are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with required quality standards and statutory requirements
- Prepare tender documents, conduct tender analysis/interview and monitor contractor’s work performance
- Assist to manage energy management of the properties and implement energy conservation initiatives to achieve Company’s sustainability directives
- Assistant to prepare materials for owners committee meetings and residents general meetings
- Prepare appraisal report for technical team staff
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property maintenance management
- Maintenance experience in HVAC/MVAC, Chiller Plant and Cooling Water Plant is a must
- REW Grade B
- Honesty, high integrity and self-motivation are expected
- A good team player with excellent communication skills and well prepared to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Assistant Manager – Tea House
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Check standards of cleanliness in the restaurant (including equipment, furniture, carpets, floor etc.) and liaise with relevant departments.
- Check standard of production on food products display and advise the duty Sous Chef of any inconsistencies.
- Assist the Captains during service.
- Assist with reservations, greeting and seating arriving guests.
- Prepare the required reports and forecasts in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Approve food / beverage / general requisitions / transfer forms in sections appointed and be aware of costs involved.
- Handle guests’ complaints and comments and takes appropriate action in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Check the personal hygiene, grooming and image of staff.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in food and beverage / hospitality management.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in an international class hotel / clubhouse / well-established all-day-dining restaurant.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Good Mandarin is definitely an advantage
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Finance Knowledge
- Extensive wine and product knowledge
- Good communication skill with excellent customer service mindset
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Cook A – Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the food quality is up to required standard.
- Ensure all the orders for functions / events are properly followed.
- Prepare menu / meals accordingly.
- Supervises kitchen helpers.
Requirements:
- Certificate in food and beverage / hospitality management.
- Minimum 1 year experience in an international class hotel / clubhouse.
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
- Computer knowledgeable.
