Pricing

What Is Deep Cleaning?
Deep cleaning is a thorough and intensive service that targets areas often missed during regular cleaning. It’s perfect for move-ins/outs, seasonal refreshes, or when your home needs extra care.
Includes:
- Scrubbing inside appliances (oven, fridge)
- Tile and grout cleaning in bathrooms
- Dusting vents, baseboards, and behind furniture
- Under-bed and closet cleaning
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
- Client-Provided: Please provide basic cleaning tools and detergents (e.g. vacuum, mop, cloths).
- Optional Add-On: I can bring my own cleaning products for HK$30 per visit (request in advance).
- Eco-Friendly Option: Available upon request (subject to availability).

Terms & Conditions
- Booking & Cancellation: Book at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or credit.
- Minimum Service Time: General services require 2 hours; deep cleaning requires 3 hours.
- Prepayment Required: All bookings must be prepaid to confirm your time slot.
- Payment Methods: FPS, PayMe, or bank transfer.
- Window Cleaning: Only interior windows will be cleaned.
- Client Responsibilities: Ensure access and provide cleaning supplies unless add-on is selected.
- Safety & Conduct: I reserve the right to decline service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
- Rescheduling: If I need to reschedule due to illness or emergency, I’ll notify you and offer priority rebooking.
- Equipment Safety: I am not responsible for damage to client-owned equipment used during cleaning.
