Ming Yuen has prepared 2 sumptuous reunion winter solstice set menus featuring the most popular delights, including Wok-fried Sliced Black Cod with Supreme Soy Sauce and Mixed Onions, Braised Whole Four-head Yoshihama Dried Abalone with Goose Web, Cantonese Style Tai Sze Five Snake Soup and Sautéed Australian Lobster with E-Fu Noodles in Supreme Soup.
