For the avoidance of any possible misunderstanding, Hong Kong Parkview hereby clarifies and reminds all concerned parties that neither Hong Kong Parkview nor any other companies in the group is related to the said Project, its developer, and/or its agent in any manner whatsoever and howsoever.
