General
Members have priority in enrolling the class over guests.
Registration is subject to payment in full.
Registration is not confirmed until a confirmation is issued.
Incomplete information may lead to unsuccessful application.
All paid sessions must take place by the expiry date, failing which the client will not be entitled either to any further sessions under this agreement or to any refund.
No refund or transfer is allowed.
Spa & Resort is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left.
Any expenses, disbursements and legal costs incurred by Spa & Resort, in the enforcement of any rights contained in this contract shall be paid by the participant, including any solicitor’s fee and/or debt collection agency fees.
Participant must be signed in and out of the program at the time of drop-off and collection. Children will not be released to any person not named in the registration form.
The Club also reserves the right to cancel a class if there is insufficient number of enrollments.
Participants are advised to check the updated policies post on Hong Kong Parkview website
Applicants must abide by the Club Rules and Membership handbook
Cancellation Policy (Private Classes and Semi-Private only)
For cancellation with more than 12 hours advance notice, the participant can request for reschedule of lesson although no guarantee can be given as to the time and date of the re-scheduled session. Only one request of re-schedule will be entertained. The request has to be made within 12 hours from the cancelled date after which no such request will be entertained and no refund will be made. For cancellation with less than 12 hours advance notice, 100% of the total fees will be forfeited.
In the event that a participant is prevented from attending a lesson because of illness, he/she is required to submit proof by way of a valid medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner in Hong Kong. Upon receipt of such proof, and subject to availability (which is not guaranteed), Spa & Resort may, at its sole discretion, shall arrange a credit of the course fee paid for the original lesson (where appropriate, on a pro-rata basis).
If a lesson is cancelled or rescheduled by Spa & Resort and the participant is not able to enroll in another lesson or attend the rescheduled lesson, Spa & Resort shall arrange a credit of the course fee paid for the original lesson (where appropriate, on a pro-rata basis). Spa & Resort’s calculation of the said credit shall be final and conclusive.
The participant is responsible to attend all lessons on time. No make-up lesson will be arranged for any lesson (or any part thereof) not attended.
Spa & Resort reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any lessons at its sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation or re-scheduling include but are not limited
to:
1. inclement weather (please refer to bad weather policy below);
2. insufficient enrollment;
3. non-availability of instructors and/or venue;
4. misbehavior during class/lesson
Cancellation Policy (Regular Program)
1. In the event that a participant is prevented from attending a lesson because of illness, he/she is required to submit proof by way of a valid medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner in Hong Kong. Upon receipt of such proof, and subject to availability (which is not guaranteed), Spa & Resort may, at its sole discretion, shall arrange a credit of the course fee paid for the original lesson (where appropriate, on a pro-rata basis). No other requests for re-scheduling or make-up lesson will be entertained, and all fees paid for lesson(s) not attended will be forfeited without further notice.

No lesson will be held on public holidays, except personal training lessons
Inclement Weather Policy
Spa & Resort shall cancel lessons if Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No.8 or higher is hoisted. Spa & Resort may also cancel lessons if it considers that the weather condition is not suitable for the lessons. Participants are advised to contact Spa & Resort Reception at 28123945/28123946 for further enquiries.
Health Consent
Please contact Spa & Resort Reception at 28123945/28123946if your child(ren) suffer(s) from any illness, allergies or currently taking any prescribed medication
Participation Agreement
I execute this Release for my child, myself and my heirs, successors, representatives and assigns. I give my permission for my child to participate in the Activity and I further understand that parent/guardian must be present during the entire time of child’s participation in the Activity.
Permission
I hereby confirm my consent to the Club for using of the images taken during the event which may include the participant for the Club’s display and promotional purposes, including on all printed materials, online and digital media.
Personal Information Collection Statement
It is required to provide your personal information for Hong Kong Parkview’s handling of your registration, enrollment and related purposes. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by Hong Kong Parkview. To update your personal details or request access to your personal data, please contact our membership department at membership@hongkongparkview.com
Hong Kong Parkview intends to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes as stipulated in its Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”). Please sign at the end of this statement to indicate your agreement to such use. Should you find such use of your personal data not acceptable, please indicate your objection before signing by ticking the box below.
Personal Training
Terms & Condition
1. This Personal Training Agreement is made between the client and Hong Kong Parkview. Any amendment to this must be approved in writing by an authorized signatory of Hong Kong Parkview. In the event of any conflict between this agreement and any other teams to which the client is subject, this agreement shall take precedence. Hong Kong Parkview has the right to amend the terms of this agreement from time to time.
2. Should the trainer identified above become unavailable, Hong Kong Parkview has the right to provide a substitute personal trainer.
3. Prepaid Personal Training packages are non-refundable
4. The client must sign where indicated for each session. If the client fails to sign or show up, Hong Kong Parkview shall be authorized to sign on the client’s behalf.
5. At least 12 hours advance notice of a reschedule must be given by the client, failing that, the session will take place according to the original schedule.
6. Sick Leave: Make up lesson will be arranged with advance notification made to concerned departments prior to the lesson together with subsequent presentation of the medical certificate within one week at a maximum of once a month.
7. All paid sessions must take place by the expiry date, failing which the client will not be entitled either to any further sessions under this agreement or to any refund.
8. The above sessions must take place by the client personally and may not be reassigned
9. The client understands that neither Hong Kong Parkview nor any personal trainers are qualified to give any medical advice. It is a condition of this agreement, whereby the provider, Hong Kong Parkview will deliver a personal exercise program to the client, and the client acknowledges that they are medically fit to perform such exercises that may be typical in a personal exercise programme. This agreement is deemed to be applicable each time a personal training session take place.
10. The Client is aware that any physical exercise and the use of any facilities could result in personal injury to himself/ herself and / or other users of Hong Kong Parkview’ facilities and / or damage suffered by property and that the client must act with full care and attention at all times to avoid such occurrence. Hong Kong Parkview, its officers and the personal trainers assigned to the client accept no liability for either injury to the client or any loss or damage to the client except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law, incapable of exclusion.
11. Hong Kong Parkview may make change of the terms about at its discretion.

3 sessions – 1 month
10 sessions – 3 months
30 sessions – 1 year
Group Class
Terms & Condition
1. All participants are required to make payment at reception or online PRIOR to the class starting.
2. Prepaid Group Class packages are non-refundable
3. No Refunds will be made once the class has been completed.
4. The above Group Class packages must take place by the client personally and may not be reassigned
5. All paid sessions must take place by the expiry date, failing to do so the client will not be entitled either to any further sessions under this agreement or to any refund.
6. At least 3 hours advance notice of a reschedule must be given by the client, failing that, the session will take place according to the original schedule.

8. For cheque payment, please make cheque payable to ‘Hong Kong Parkview Management Services Ltd.’
9. In the event of a typhoon signal #8 or higher or a black rain warning, all classes will be
CANCELLED.
10. By signing up for classes organized by Hong Kong Parkview, I accept the above conditions and understand that I am taking part in exercise at my own risk, and that the Hong Kong Parkview and its staff/contractors are not liable for any injury/accident to me, however caused.
11. Hong Kong Parkview may make change of the terms about at its discretion.
