EASTER CAMP TERMS AND CONDITIONS 條款及細則
• Registration is not confirmed until a confirmation is issued. Registration is subject to payment in full. Incomplete information may lead to unsuccessful application.
報名須以書面核實為，報名時須付繳全費。須填妥所有資料方能成功辦理報名手續。
• Please return the completed form to Spa & Resort reception along with the correct payment. Please make cheques payable to “Hong Kong Parkview Management Services Limited”.
請將填妥的表格連同費用交回康樂部接待處，支票抬頭為「Hong Kong Parkview Management Services Limited」。
• We strongly advise you to register in advance, as we run courses according to minimum enrolments.
由於各課程開班需符合最少人數規定，故建議大家提前報名。
• To secure class bookings, course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement date of the course. Refunds will not be issued for missed lessons under any circumstances.
為確保課堂學額，所有費用須在開課日前繳清。任何情況下缺席課堂，均不設退款。
• Guests are welcome to enrol and will be charged at guest rates. Please check with Spa & Resort reception for more information. Members will have first priority on enrolment.
非會員須繳付訪客費用。詳情請向康樂部接待處查詢。會員享有優先報名權。
• Lessons will be cancelled in case of typhoon signal no.8 or higher and black rainstorm warning and will be rescheduled where possible. Please contact the Spa & Resort one hour prior to the lesson to enquire if the lesson is cancelled.
若八號風球或以上及黑色暴雨警告導致課程取消，在許可情況下均會盡量作出重新安排。如天氣出現變化，請在課堂前一小時致電康樂部查詢該課堂是否取消。
• All courses are confirmed unless otherwise notified.
若沒有另行通知，所有課程將如期舉行。
• Neither the Club, nor its instructors, will be held responsible for any accidents and/or injuries arising from the children’s participation.
康樂部及導師無須對參加者於課程時段所發生的任何意外或受傷負責。
• Early bird discount cannot be used in conjunction with referral discount.
早鳥優惠不得與推薦優惠同時使用。
• Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with other privileges or discount programs.
優惠不可與其他優惠或折扣同時使用。
• Early bird discount and referral discount are not applicable to Junior Tennis Camp.
早鳥優惠及推薦優惠不適用於少年網球營。
• Class sizes are subject to appropriate social distancing regulations in the venue.
每班人數視乎場地的社交距離限制措施而定。
• The referrer and the referee must complete their enrolment before commencement of the first camp. If either party fails to do so, full payment will be required.
推薦人及受薦人均須在首個訓練營開始前辦妥報名手續。如任何一方無法如期報名，則須繳付全費。
• Hong Kong Parkview reserves all rights to amend any details without prior notice if deemed necessary, and in the case of any disputes, Hong Kong Parkview’s decision will be final.
陽明山莊保留一切更改任何條款及細則之權利，恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議，陽明山莊保留最終決定權。
• A full refund will be available for all camps should there be a government mandated closure of activities or facilities.
如政府要求終止活動或關閉設施，所有訓練營將獲得全額退款。
