1. To enjoy the offer, the card member must present the Teahouse Buffet Pass QR code with his/her valid Parkview Membership Card.
2. Service charge is included
3. The bearer of this voucher may redeem it once daily before the expiry date. Unused portion is not refundable.
4. Photocopies or screen captures of this voucher will not be accepted.
5. Any amount in excess of this coupon will be settled by bearer directly.
6. This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Reservations are required to secure your place.
8. After deducting the buffet pass, guests at the same table can enjoy normal discounts such as birthday offers or cash coupons if the child discount is not used.
9. This offer is not valid during festival promotions and Ticketed Events.
10. Hong Kong Parkview reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
12. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Hong Kong Parkview shall be final.

5. 若超過此自助餐券金額，剩餘金額將由持有人直接支付。
6. 此餐自助餐券不可轉讓，亦不可兌換現金。
7 為確保每位會員能享用自助餐請務必訂座。
8. 如沒有使用小童折扣優惠，當扣減buffet pass後，同台的客人可以享用正常的折扣優惠例如birthday offer或cash coupon。
9. 此優惠不適用於：節日推廣、有門票的活動。
10. 陽明山莊保留隨時更改條款和條件的權利，恕不另行通知。
11. 若中文和英文版本有任何差異，以英文版本為準。
12. 如有任何爭議，陽明山莊的決定將被視為最終決定。
